Partners Boost Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy

The Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy has appointed three official partners to its entry-level series in the FIA World Rally Championship.

After a successful debut season with the Junior WRC in 2013, GUTTS, the world's first supplier of sustainable race fuels, has been appointed as official fuel supplier to the Trophy. With drivers using its GEM Fuel, the product will bring an air of innovative sustainability featuring a form of liquid methanol which boasts a 97% CO2 reduction compared to regular petrol. GEM Fuel has been approved by the FIA and will help the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy lead the way with reduced emission motorsport in the WRC.

Coming onboard as official lubricant supplier is British firm Morris Lubricants with each M-Sport-prepared Ford Fiesta R2 rally car using Morris engine oil, transmission oil and brake fluid. Its fully synthetic lubricants deliver an extremely strong protective film to withstand severe shock loading, protect component integrity and ensure effective cooling even at peak racing temperatures on the tough world rally events.

Finally express pallet distribution company Allnet joins as official logistics partner. The network boasts over 17,000 vehicles and 300 delivery centres covering over 40 countries across Europe and Scandinavia. This strength ensures the speedy delivery of all palletised goods from single pallets to part loads thoughout Europe.

With the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy offering a cost-effective platform for talented, aspiring drivers, the three partners all epitomize the standards and values of the series. Their individual focus on quality, performance and sustainability are key principles of the Trophy.

Last weekend's opening round of the series at Rally de Portugal was won by Estonian Sander Pärn and British co-driver James Morgan.

Edward Goossens, founder and CEO of GUTTS, said: "GUTTS is very proud and excited to be part of the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy. We fully support the affordable entry-level class for young drivers into the WRC that both M-Sport and DMACK provide. Together with our partners Abengoa, ePure, OCI, Methanex and the Methanol Institute, we add to that a vision of sustainability and performance that drives world rallying and its young future champions forwards."

Andrew Goddard, Morris Lubricants managing director, said: "We are delighted to be the official lubricant sponsor for the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy for 2014. The competition is an excellent platform to showcase the performance and technical nature of our products across five high-profile international events. Morris Lubricants is excited by the prospect of supporting such young talent from across 10 nationalities, including our own British hopeful Tom Cave."

Dave Holland, Allnet Europe, said: "Allnet undertakes daily express palletised deliveries all across Europe, so the synergies with a European-wide based championship will provide us with a platform to build the Allnet brand, whilst at the same time supporting the next generation of world champions."

Dick Cormack, DMACK managing director, said: "In GEM Fuels, Morris Lubricants and Allnet, we have found the ideal partners to support our Trophy. All three focus on delivering affordable, high quality and sustainable products and services – exactly the core values at the heart of the Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy."
